What is Driving Employees Out of the Organization? And How to Fix It.
In April 2022, BambooHR in partnership with Method Research, published a survey, Rethinking the Great Resignation. The survey found that nearly half of working Americans have considered looking for a new job since October 2021. Why? Well, let’s just say it not just about the money.
Don’t miss this opportunity to discuss the factors impacting employee retention and causing a record number of employees to quit their job and rethink their work-life. Most importantly, PIHRA has curated a multi-disciplinary panel of experts to discuss the the strategies and policies human resource professionals can implement to increase employee retention and become an employer of choice.
#RealHR learning objectives include:
- Discuss the external and internal environmental factors driving your employees to quit and search for new career opportunities.
- Identify ways to influence and upskill leadership throughout the organization to adopt strategies and behaviors that make a positive impact on employee retention and motivation.
- Explore policies and ways to implement solutions that help optimize employee engagement and move the organization toward a stronger employer brand.
