There is an undeniable need, and a lot of energy behind #DEIB initiatives, but these numbers are the reality of where we are:
"Only 9% of DEIB initiatives are considered highly effective. 46% are considered ineffective!" Human Resource Institute 2022.

If you are leading this effort in your organization, we acknowledge that this is very difficult work, an uphill climb, because "centuries of ignorance cannot be fixed in a few years."

This workshop will specifically focus on aspects of our Empathy Strategy© which explains what an organization needs BEFORE the work of DEIB really begins to make an impact.

• How to use empathy to truly understand “Who are We.”
• Then moving to “Invitation & Empowerment” of our diverse teams.
• We will wrap the session up with tips for Civility & Respect that amplify our DEI Efforts.
