Prior to starting Newleaf in 2006, Paul previously served in senior leadership positions with Hilton and Marriott hotels—in Europe as well as North America. Paul is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA). Married since 1994, Paul and his wife Gaynor have two adult children.
