Gina Porto is the Vice President of Talent Development for the ActOne Group of Companies, the largest privately held staffing company in the United States. In her role, she is responsible for leading a team of 6 trainers, specializing in senior leadership development, and curating learning plans to specifically address customer growth and retention. Gina was recognized by her organization in 2020 for outstanding performance for their shift to remote learning environments as well as a department-wide DE&I initiative. Gina has 16 years of experience in staffing, crediting her curiosity, desire to problem-solve, and excellence of delivery for her success.
