Expanding on his recent book, Embracing Workplace Religious Diversity and Inclusion, Dr. Ed Hasan will explore contemporary challenges posed by religion in the workplace using anecdotes, case studies, facts, and figures to understand the nuance of workplace religious inclusion and discrimination. We will learn about what solutions exist and how any organization or HR professional can use the Kaizen HC Model for Religious Inclusion to become more inclusive.

Dr. Ed Hasan, Founder and CEO, Kaizen Human Capital
Dr. Ed Hasan is a Palestinian-American and Muslim author, speaker, coach, and professor. He is the Founder and CEO of Kaizen Human Capital and an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, where he teaches Organization Development and Change. Additionally, he serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Dr. Ed was recognized as one of George Mason University’s Prominent Patriots in Business, exemplifying his engagement as a well-rounded scholar and a person prepared to act through innovation. He was a recipient of Georgetown University’s Outstanding Faculty Award, which recognized him as a consummate professor and a role model for inclusive excellence. Dr. Ed’s expertise includes organization development, change management, and workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. He received a doctoral degree in education from the University of Southern California, where his research focus was religious inclusion in the workplace.
