In 2015, California continued to revise the California Family Rights Act regulations, new Fair Employment & Housing Act ("FEHA") cases have impacted employers and passed AB 1522, the California Paid Sick Leave law. But there is more! The City of Oakland passed a new sick leave law and cities around California already have such laws including Long Beach. This course will provide a detailed review of important developments in paid and unpaid time off issues.
