In a study by the Deloitte University Press, CEOs said that human capital strategies are one of their top priorities for growth, yet 42% of business leaders believe their HR teams are underperforming, or “just getting by.” CEOs feel HR needs to acquire a stronger business acumen, stronger analytical skills, learn to operate as performance advisors and develop an understanding of the needs of the 1st Century workforce. As HR professionals we need to do more to gain the trust of our operations partners. This presentation will build HR professionals’ ability to meet the needs of their operations partners, teach them the key performance indicators of bringing value to operations and provide a framework with which they can enhance their relationships with the stakeholders in the organization.
