Participants will test their knowledge of a wide variety of California employment laws in a lively interactive game show format. Topics include wage & hour, employee classification, disability accommodation, discrimination, disciplinary action; hiring, termination/layoffs, unemployment, Cal-OSHA and many others. This program emphasizes practical knowledge for human resources professionals who must be the company’s on-site compliance advisers in these multiple areas of law.
