This program will provide training in the broad-based cultural aspects of doing business in the Arab World, particularly in connection with Human Resources Management. The presenter will discuss the various aspects and components of HR relationship building, team building, and working in a company that has diverse cultures throughout the world. Tactics for management, language, conceptions that vary from employee to employee, the proper way to effectuate management decisions and communicate performance issues will be highlighted. In addition, methodologies for training employees to understand and deal with the diverse mixture of cultures from border to border will be a key focus of this program. Strategies for implementing a successful training program and employee education will be included, especially for managers who are given responsibilities over jurisdictions that are outside their comfort zone. This program will provide broad insight into the cultural relationships that come into play in connection with international HR compliance and strategic planning.
