Description
Anti-harassment training is a legal necessity, as is anti-bullying training in California. However, this session will make the case that employers who approach this training with a compliance mindset make a mistake and miss an important opportunity. “Jerks at Work” shares a philosophy and approach that goes beyond legal compliance and claim prevention to fostering work environments based on dignity, mutual respect and professionalism. This session will show how and why focusing on creating a jerk-free zone is better than focusing on compliance, both for the overall health of your organization and for claim prevention.
