Description
This panel of international lawyers will discuss how rules in their respective countries compare and contrast as they relate to issues with attracting new talent through new approaches to working conditions, terms and compensation. Ideas on policies that have a material and bottom line impact will be discussed. They will also address noncompete agreements, compensation incentives and other methods used to retain talent and also protect the company in terms of employee defections. A particular focus on multiple jurisdictional approaches will be included.
