Dr. Allen teaches MBA and bachelor’s courses in management, leadership, and organizational change for the Graziadio School of Business and Management. Previously as Director, Office of Executive Education at USC, he created the highly successful USC Management Development Program.
Talent management is key to organizational success and is affected by the structure and culture of an organization.
