Professor of international management at California Lutheran University in the USA, Dr. Vaiman is a visiting professor at several top universities around the world. He holds a PhD degree in International Management from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and has received his MBA in Strategic Management and Human Resources at the School of Business of the University of Wyoming.

Previously responsible for leading and directing the overall human resources function for approximately 1,500 employees, Mr. Custodio is a senior level executive with more than 25 years broad-based experience in human resources strategic business planning, and organizational design and development. Retained through six mergers and acquisitions, he earned a reputation for leadership and strategy.
Organizational Design (OD) is aimed to facilitate the execution of organizational strategy, which must be developed with the full partnership of Human Resources. By skillfully analyzing the existing OD, including structural dimensions against those internal and external factors exerting pressure on the organization, HR leaders design processes and procedures for managers to build their departments, job titles, and positions. As a change agent, Human Resources utilizes relevant data to help create and maintain engaged employees, strong organizational culture, and meaningful talent management efforts to support organizational design that will provide a strategic advantage over the organization’s competitors.
