This fun and engaging session will reveal how we can more effectively communicate with others by understanding their dominant personality type. The DISC Model of Human Behavior will be used throughout the session as the foundation for this topic. Participants will leave this session empowered to have better and more productive interactions with others!
Learning Objectives include:
- Discover the four personality types using the DISC Model
- Know the natural strengths and challenges of each personality type
- Learn the communication style of each type
- Understand how to effectively communicate with each personality type so the message they want to send is the message received
- Develop an appreciation for personality types who are different from their own
