Agile is a Project Management mindset (not only a methodology, but a mindset) that helps complete projects in an efficient, on time and on budget manner.
It was created to manage software development projects. Applied to HR, it allows practitioners to manage their projects in a manner that saves them time (allowing them to increase their productivity), on budget and in a very efficient manner. It also helps foster very efficient, highly productive teams.
What will participants get out of attending this presentation:
They will obtain an overview of the Agile mindset, how it will help them be successful project managers and, more importantly, how to apply it to Human Resources projects/processes.
