Dr. Sangeeta R. Gupta is a globally recognized expert in diversity, inclusion and cultural competency. Dr. Gupta works with her clients to craft a diversity and inclusion strategy. Using hard data, she has helped numerous clients create a more inclusive and productive environment that is free from bias. She is also an expert on creating a global culture that leverages multicultural marketing and localization to increase penetration of global markets. 

Dr. Gupta's unique combination of expertise in the area of intercultural dynamics and her business background makes her a natural in working in the area of global and virtual teams, is a specialist in non-western cultures, speaks several languages and has more than 20 years of experience. She is the author of the Quick Guide to Cultural Competency and a co-author of a of children’s book series on diversity, inclusion and multiculturalism.  She received her Ph.D. from UCLA and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
