Susana is a trainer, coach, speaker and President of Susana Rinderle Consulting, LLC. She helps leaders and organizations solve a pressing problem or go from good to great through the power of inclusive leadership and effective communication. A native of Los Angeles, she has 25 years of professional diversity experience in multiple sectors in the U.S. and Mexico, including nonprofit, corporate, healthcare, education and government. Susana was the co-founder and first Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for University of New Mexico Hospitals. She holds a B.A. in sociology from UCLA and an M.A. in intercultural communication from UNM, and studied at UNAM in Mexico City. She was featured at TEDxABQ 2012 speaking on "Diversity is Necessary for Human Evolution". Susana is a regular blogger for The Huffington Post, Workforce Magazine and formerly Diversity Executive, and her articles have appeared in Training Magazine and Diversity Best Practices.
