Mr. Polak has more than 30 years’ experience providing international HR solutions to multinational organizations. He has advised more than 300 of the world’s most innovative multinational companies in international benefits, healthcare, pensions, and related areas. Mr. Polak has presented at conferences around the world, including the International Labor Organization in Geneva, the Bulgarian Conference on Social Security Reform, National Conference on Pension Reform, the SHRM Global Forum, the New England Employee Benefits Council, American Benefits Council, and the IBIS Academy.

Mr. Polak holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Mathematics from Alfred University in New York, with continued studies at Columbia University, the New School for Social Research, and UCLA. Mr. Polak is also a published playwright, having seven plays produced internationally, and he is president of the Open Fist Theatre Company in Los Angeles.
