as head of product in technology companies in the learning and development, and technology industries. Rusty is also a writer and public speaker, focused on human performance engineering.
PAOLA ALVAREZ
VP Human Capital, West CoastPaola has worked in the Human Resources field for more than 20 years in the Hospitality Industry for companies like Marriott International, Inc., The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC and Montage Hotels and Resorts. She also worked in the Aviation and Aerospace Industry with Esterline Technologies as a Director of Human Resources. Currently she holds the position of Vice President of Human Capital, West Coast for Reyes Beverage Group a Division of Reyes Holdings, LLC. She's fluent in both English and Spanish. She completed her MS Degree at VA Tech in Adult Learning and Human Resources Development. She also has a Spanish/English Translation Certificate from the Foreign Language Department at George Mason University and completed her BA Degree at The George Washington University in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management. In addition, she holds two Human Resources Certifications: Senior Professional Human Resources and California. She recently obtained a Professional and Executive Coach Certification with the College of Executive Coaching (ACPEC) and an Associate Certified Coach Credential (ACC) from the International Coach Federation
