Description
Digital review platforms have a big impact on job seeker decisions: over 60% of job seekers look at company reviews and ratings before they apply for a role. This number will only increase in the future with the generation of digital natives entering the workspace. Online review sites claim to give job hunters the inside scoop about companies, but the reality is what’s on them is far from a fair and balanced perspective. WorkplaceDynamics (the brains behind 8,500 annual 'Top Workplace' surveys from Boston to Seattle) and kununu (Europe’s leading review platform that recently launched in the US) partnered to quantify the gap between reality and what’s on review platforms. At this session, we’ll introduce this comprehensive study, share the main findings and talk about the steps you can take to not only overcome the inherent bias in review platforms but to harness a seemingly disruptive technology for the good of the organization.
