Jeff Hunt is President & CEO of GoalSpan, a performance management software-as-a-service company located in the San Francisco Bay Area. He presently oversees day-to-day operations while providing C-level strategic management consulting services to SMB’s throughout the U.S.
Jeff has a wealth of hands-on executive and consulting experience from a multi-faceted career. He has run both public and private corporations, and sold, acquired, and merged multiple businesses. He has deep expertise assisting executives in achieving sustainable results through the creation and implementation of the right vision and strategies. Jeff is a performance management expert who identifies particularly well with the challenges peer executives face, and is known as a “CEO who speaks HR.”

Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Oregon State University in 1988. He is a member of NCHRA, and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) through the Institute of Management Consultant’s ISO9001 accredited program. He has a heart for nonprofits and loves helping them realize their visions for a changed world.
