NANCY YAFFE

Nancy Yaffe is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Fox Rothschild LLP, a national law firm with 800 attorneys in 22 offices. For more than 20 years, she has focused her practice on labor and employment law counseling and litigation, with an emphasis on problem prevention. With the goal of helping clients prevent employment issues, Nancy provides pre-litigation counseling to clients nationwide on employment-related issues including harassment, discrimination, ADA/disability compliance, wage and hour issues, pay practice compliance, and reduction in force planning. In April 2017, she was featured in a training video produced by Kantola Productions, “Employment Laws: What Supervisors Need to Know,” that explains common legal questions that arise in the workplace to newly promoted supervisors. Nancy is also a frequent contributor to the California Employment Law Blog, where she writes about a wide variety of legal challenges and new developments faced by California employers. A well-known speaker at this California HR Conference, and the Professionals in Human Resources Association, and a member of Step Up Women's Network, she also proudly serves as Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild’s Women’s Initiative.
