Staci Johnson is the Vice President of Marketing at Roth Staffing Companies, one of the largest staffing organizations in the U.S. and recently Ranked #1 by FORTUNE on the list of Best Workplaces for Professional Services. She serves as the President of the American Staffing Association’s marketing committee, is a featured webinar panelist for Inavero, a global research leader, and speaks at SHRM events to help HR managers use marketing strategies to recruit and engage employees.
As the marketing leader of a staffing company, Staci implements a "Blurred Lines" philosophy that brings together the Legal, HR and Marketing departments. Integrating Marketing strategies with the HR vision has led the Roth organization to unprecedented recognition as a leader in workplace culture including 2017 Best Staffing Firm to Work For, Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces, Stevie Award for Employer of the Year, and ranking on five Best Workplace lists published by Fortune. Staci received the Gold Stevie Award for Marketing Executive of the Year in 2015 at the American Business Awards. She has an M.A. in Communication Studies from the University of California at Davis and a B.A. in Television Production from San Francisco State.

Jennifer Simonson serves as General Counsel and Senior Vice President filling a dual role to oversee both Legal and Human Resources. On the legal side, Jennifer is responsible for managing the company's litigation, contract processes, all employment law issues, and ensuring the company's legal compliance in all jurisdictions in which Roth does business as it relates to both the staffing industry and, generally, as a private employer for thousands of employees. In addition, Roth Staffing partners with thousands of business clients where Roth places candidates and temporary employees and Jennifer often serves as a consultant to help HR departments enact employment policies to help the partner company be in compliance with employment laws.
On the human resources front, Jennifer is responsible for the delivery of Roth Staffing's innovative programs and strategic HR initiatives for both its full-time and temporary employees, including hands-on, centralized management of employee relations issues for the company's temporary workforce. Jennifer and her executive team have created a unique partnership where corporate departments share resources in order to quickly and successfully implement employment policy that ensures compliance but also empowers employees and increasing engagement.
