Marguerite Granat, Talent Strategist, KeenAlignment Marguerite has spent more than two decades in talent acquisition leadership both within corporate talent acquisition and search firm environments. She thrives on building teams that provide extraordinary hiring manager and candidate experience. She is at the forefront of optimizing recruitment, quality of hire, employee engagement and retention that enable organizations to grow and scale for success. Her recruitment leadership includes working in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Non-Profit, Higher Education and Hospitality industries, as well as running a successful retained executive search firm. She earned both her B.S. in Accounting and Marketing, as well as a Master of Accountancy in Taxation at Southern Illinois University. She also holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from Loyola University in Chicago. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds several industry certifications from AIRS, the extended DISC profile, Leadership Architect 101 Certification from Lominger and Talent Acquisition Strategist from Human Capital Institute.
