David Yudis, Psy.D., MBA David has led global teams and advised senior executives throughout his career in talent management. He currently manages Potential Selves, a boutique leadership consulting firm based in the greater Los Angeles area. Providing professional services to Fortune 500 through venture funded organizations, the firm focuses on senior leader advising and executive coaching, organization effectiveness, and leadership programs. During more than a decade with The Walt Disney Company, David held a variety of executive positions with increasing responsibilities across several global, operating segments. These positions included a range of specialist and subject matter expertise roles focused on the growth of businesses via innovation, global immersion and the use of technology on multiple platforms. David led the talent development initiatives that included high potential selection and succession for the organization’s Top 200 leaders. He was also responsible for the design and deployment of multiple leadership programs for executive, middle management, and creative leaders. This included a global sales initiative that aligned the approach of sales training teams across different regions and markets. David has also led the talent acquisition and talent management functions in several large organizations across the retail, healthcare and 3PL industries, providing a suite a learning and development services to over 50,000 employees. David is a licensed psychologist and holds a Doctorate, MBA in general business and Masters in education. |
