However, most organizations miss the boat when it comes to engagement because they focus on the wrong things. It's not about the Gallup Q12 or benefits or nap pods or free food. It's about how well the employee's core needs are met by their role, the organization, and their boss. If all three are not aligned, then dissatisfaction and disengagement are the results.
But, how do employees know what their real core needs are and what truly engages them? How do they make effective career choices based not on what they think will satisfy them but on the patterns of their personal and professional experiences have shown them work in practice? How do employees empower themselves to creatively get their needs met when their current situation is not ideal? How do managers learn and use the core needs of the individuals on their teams to create engagement, productivity, and satisfaction that transcends the challenges facing the organization?
In this interactive session, you'll learn how to help your organization (or client) get real clarity about core needs and how to create an empowering strategy that harnesses the engagement of each individual. Plus as an added benefit, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your own core needs, getting them met, and how to create your own personal engagement and satisfaction in your career.
