Heather Vigil is a shareholder with Littler Mendelson, an international labor and employment firm. She advises companies on human resources issues such as cross-border investigations. She has also litigated employment cases on behalf of global companies with international headquarters. Recently, she moderated a half-day Diversity & Inclusion Summit which featured panelists from Google, U.S. Bank, Abercrombie & Fitch and World Wide Technology.
