Ragu Bhargava is an experienced financial executive, entrepreneur and leader. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Global Upside, and its three sister companies: Global PEO Services, Mihi, and Gava Talent Solutions. Together, the companies provide the most diverse range of global solutions that simplify complexity and help Clients operate better and grow faster.

In his current role, Ragu oversees the corporate direction and strategy with a strong focus on increasing our global footprint and making our Clients successful – no matter where they do business. His mantra: “impossible is not in my vocabulary.” Further, Ragu is the recipient of various international awards including the NRI's Pride of India Award in the UK, Akhil Bharatiya Bhargava Sabha Awards in India, and the Le Fonti Awards in Italy. Having been featured on Worldwide Business with Kathy Ireland and national television in Italy, he is a sought-after speaker, industry expert and business leader.

Passionate about education, Ragu is an active member of City Year, an education-focused nonprofit organization helping at risk students across America stay in school. He is on the Board of City Year San Jose/Silicon Valley chapter. Additionally, he supports the student scholarship program run by the Financial Executives International, Silicon Valley Chapter (FEISV).

Prior to joining Global Upside, Ragu was the Chief Financial Officer at ActivIdentity. He has held leadership positions in several companies including Deloitte and NetIQ, where he played a key role in helping the company grow from $20 million to over $300 million in revenue. A Certified Public Accountant, Ragu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alaska at Anchorage and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of Rajasthan, India.
