ALLISON WEST

Allison West has a simple approach to employment practices: be proactive. Allison works with employers to both prevent claims and create a safe and productive work environment. She is a frequent top rated speaker at the SHRM Annual Conference and other industry and HR conferences around the country. Allison is also a nationally recognized expert on the topics of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation and was recently on CBS This Morning discussing #MeToo and workplace harassment.

Allison is an investigator and spend four years on the board of the Association of Workplace Investigators and serves as an expert witness on the adequacy of investigations. She also specializes in delivering customized in-house training programs, providing one-on-one sensitivity training/coaching to executives and managers.

Allison is a member of the State Bar of California, member of the Association of Workplace Investigators and also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-SCP certifications.
