Amber Healy
Amber Healy is a partner at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Ms. Healy manages the firm’s Complex Litigation team which focuses on advising and defending employers in high stakes employment disputes.
Ms. Healy counsels employers, executives, and management on issues of employment law, including employee discipline, wage & hour, leaves of absence, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, prevailing wage, and trade secret disputes. She has obtained numerous victories for her clients before administrative agencies, federal and state courts, the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit.
In her litigation practice, Ms. Healy represents employers in all manner of employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and prevailing wage. She regularly litigates complex employment cases in state and federal court and in arbitrations and has represented clients before numerous state and federal administrative agencies. She has expertise in the area of wage class actions alleging claims for off-the-clock work, unpaid wages, unpaid overtime, inaccurate wage statements and missed meal and rest periods.
Ms. Healy serves a wide array of industries including agriculture, manufacturing, retail, distribution, food processing, e-commerce, hospitality, and healthcare.

Corey Tobin

Leading with a client-first focus, Corey looks to partner with the organizations and individuals he works with in order to find the right solutions and service that drive success.
With close to a decade of industry experience, Corey has worked with a number of small and medium-sized businesses and is knowledgeable about property and casualty, life and health insurance. Corey specializes in working with elevator contractors, manufacturing, distributing, healthcare and construction. Additionally, he is focused on the unique needs and challenges facing cannabis related business, including dispensaries, cultivators, extractors, developers and much more.
Corey joined Bolton in 2014. He is a member of the National Association of Elevator Contractors, and volunteers his time with the Bolton Foundation and Make A Difference. Corey holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University and is currently pursuing his Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation and Certified Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations.
