Mr. Shogan’s responsibilities at Gallagher’s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice include research and analysis on base pay, sales incentive, and executive compensation projects, application of labor market research data, and exemption status reviews. His consulting projects include the design and development of both domestic and international cash and equity pay plans for technology and other industries.
Mr. Shogan has a B.S. from Bucknell University, where he graduated with honors in 2007, majoring in Business Administration with minors in Economics and Religion.
Following his undergraduate work, Mr. Shogan received a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and passed the California Bar Examination in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shogan worked at the University of San Diego Legal Clinic providing free legal advice to low-income residents of the San Diego community. In addition, he participated in community outreach activities, educating and assisting low-income and homeless residents with income tax and family law issues.
He is a member of the Northern California Human Resources Association and the Bay Area Compensation Association.
