Description
The most effective leaders and employees are emotionally intelligent. A crucial part of being emotionally intelligent is self-awareness, or understanding why we think and behave the way we do. But unfortunately, most do not have a good or systematic framework to evaluate themselves, their motives, and their nonconscious automatic processes. In this session, HR leaders will be introduced to a cutting-edge framework designed to help themselves and those in their organization become more self-aware and emotionally intelligent.
