Sylvia is a corporate human resource strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience designing and implementing innovative solutions. She helps an organization use analytics and data insights to create effective employee strategies focused on engagement, health, and employee experience. She believes that in establishing data analytic processes, human resources are more effective at making connections throughout the organization, solving problems, and ultimately boosting business outcomes. Sylvia brings her clients her experience in working with global corporations and small businesses, demonstrating that data insights can be useful within any organization and on any HR team.
Sylvia is a graduate of UCLA and received her MBA from Loyola Marymount University. She is a Senior Adjunct Faculty member at Golden Gate University, teaching Technology Strategy and Total Compensation within the graduate human resource program. She is Tableau certified, an analytics and visualization platform.
Sylvia shares her enthusiasm for health by leading fitness classes, producing her podcast ReEnvision Health and bringing health to the homeless community of San Francisco. She is open to connecting.
