Virginia Pajarito, Lockton Virginia joined Lockton in 2014 and serves as the Head of our Loss Control Department for our Pacific series, based in Los Angeles, CA. She manages our team of consultants and provides strategic consultative Loss Control services for her clients, tailored to align with their unique business objectives, resources, and market environments. Virginia has experience working with a variety of clients from, public sector, small business, and Fortune 100 companies. She has spent time on the client side of the business, as well as both the insurance carrier and insurance broker sides of insurance. This experience allows her the ability to understand the unique intricacies of all aspects of Risk Management. Virginia assists our clients by identifying and prioritizing exposure to loss, then developing cost efficient solutions that mitigate risk and accident costs. Her goal is clients’ long term success, by helping them establish or enhance safety and risk management programs that reduce losses and their overall cost of risk. |

Shawn Switzer, Lockton Shawn is responsible for being a liaison between carriers and clients. He is involved in overseeing claims reviews, analyzing reserves, providing loss analysis, and claims cost containment solutions. Prior to joining Lockton, he was a claims adjuster with Liberty Mutual in both the Business and National Market segments handling claims for both middle market and large self-insured clients. Shawn has spent the last 16 years with Lockton Insurance Brokers, LLC. His book of business consists of clients in multiple industries ranging from middle market to national and international firms. With more than 18 years of experience, he is instrumental in providing expertise and solutions for resolving claims and obtaining meaningful results. |

Tamara Johnson, Lockton Tamara’s responsibilities include senior executive and leadership training, to enable true management ownership, understanding, measurement, and accountability for the organization’s workers’ compensation claims. She is strategic in the development of specific roles, responsibilities, customized training materials, and training to support effective workers’ compensation claims cost control programs. In her managerial role, she directs Lockton consultants and client development specialists in the creation and development of new practices that reduce the total cost of risk. These practices include hiring practices/ADA/FMLA, etc. — areas that impact overall risk to the client. |
