Dylan Robertson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP Client Executive in Marsh & McLennan Agency’s Employee Health & Benefits Division Dylan Robertson is a client executive at Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA), where he is responsible for strategic planning and overall client management by bringing forward innovative solutions. Before coming to MMA, Dylan was the President of DJF Benefits, a Sullivan Curtis Monroe company. He also worked for Unum, Assurant, and Allstate Benefits in various roles. Dylan earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Washington. He also holds his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications. In 2019, Dylan was named as one of the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ)’s Most Influential Brokers. Frank Jakka, CWP, CPT Director of Health & Productivity in Marsh & McLennan Agency’s Employee Health & Benefits Division Frank Jakka joined Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA) as the Director of Population Health & Wellness in 2017, bringing 20 years’ experience to his role. A Certified Wellness Practitioner from the National Wellness Institute, an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer, and a WELCOA Faculty-status member, Frank leads the Marsh & McLennan Agency wellness team efforts in providing population health strategies and programs to clients, crossing all markets, with an aim at driving engagement and realizing outcomes. Frank spent six years managing health, wellness, fitness and athletic programs and facilities for organizations crossing government and Fortune 500 organizations, including the United States Marine Corps, Transamerica, AT&T, Hewlett-Packard and Sony. Additionally, Frank completed a two year stint working for one of the largest population health management organizations (Health Fitness Corporation), traveling across the country leading clinical and support teams to execute on-site biometric health screenings to client partners, such as American Express, Kiewit, Fidelity, CalPERS and Pratt & Whitney. | |
Jennifer Dale, MPH, MCHES Population Health & Wellness Specialist in Marsh & McLennan Agency’s Employee Health & Benefits Division Jennifer Dale joined Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2016. Jennifer brings extensive experience and education to her role as health and productivity specialist. She is responsible for supporting her clients in their wellness programs and initiatives and provides them with a comprehensive overview of wellness resources and program options. Jennifer assists throughout the process, from strategic discussions about motivating and incentivizing employees to installation of a wellness technology platform. She seeks to provide a menu of options that fits with their culture and their current needs including options from MMA’s wellness offerings, carrier resources, and third party vendors. Jennifer assists with engaging and integrating vendors’ programs and coordinating health events such as health fairs, flu shots, and biometric screenings, to name a few. Jennifer began her career as a health coach where she provided member level health education and supportive accountability in a telephonic healthy lifestyle program that was a part of a worksite wellness incentive campaign. | |
