Jeannie DeLaura, CAWC, Senior Vice President, Bolton & Company Jeannie has been with Bolton & Company since 2009. With a background in finance, she worked with Countrywide, Bank of America and GMAC for many years. At Bolton, Jeannie supports a variety of industries, including manufacturing, grocery stores, retail and nonprofits. She works closely with her clients to assist in effectively managing their risk exposures, and provides them with valuable resources including claims management, education, safety training and cost reduction. Jeannie attributes her success to a commitment to helping others succeed, and has a passion for giving back. She enjoys supporting organizations that help those in need and is a current board member of FOHA, on the membership committee of the SGVEP and a past board member with PIHRA. | |
Michelle Cammayo, CEBS, RHU, Vice President of Compliance, Bolton & Company Michelle Cammayo has more than 13 years of Employee Benefits experience specializing in all lines of health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, basic and voluntary life, short and long-term disability and employee assistance programs. Her passion for learning and knowledge has driven Michelle to become an expert in the industry. Her scope of expertise is expansive as she began her career helping employers manage their employee benefits program where she led renewal negotiations, implemented alternative funding arrangements and conducted open enrollment meetings. Her background and passion for knowledge evolved into a natural shift for Michelle where she works closely with clients and partners to provide guidance in areas of the law including ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA and PPACA. She also oversees our Compliance Department at Bolton & Company to ensure we are helping our clients manage and eliminate risk with regards to employee benefit compliance. On a daily basis, she can be found conducting annual compliance reviews with Bolton clients, answering compliance related questions, conducting training for our team members and HR personnel as well as keeping up to date with Federal and State regulation changes. Michelle has authored several employee benefit articles and conducted HRCI accredited seminars in her quest to educate others to empower them to make the best decision for their company. |
