UnbiasTM: Moving from Awareness to Action
CAHR20 | Presented by Stacey A. Gordon
2020 race relations in America awakened the collective consciousness of society and now everyone wants to jump into action. But we are taught not to discuss sex, religion or politics, when what we should have been taught was how to discuss sex, religion and politics, especially in the workplace. No one likes conflict. We naturally avoid "ruffling feathers" and having the necessary tough conversations. However, when you’re an HR leader, what do you do when employees look to you to facilitate uncomfortable conversations? How do you help business leaders to manage authentically and inclusively while leading through change?
