If you had to pick the most challenging HR work assignment, it would have to be role of the solo practitioner. You are expected in one moment to be “at the table,” and in the next figuring out why a paycheck was short by three cents and mean while an expert with everything in between. You are expected to have the answers without the resources or the help to support you. This session is about keeping your sanity in the process. It is about practical tips on how to manage your time, attack your priorities, and address your highest risk challenges. This is not a legal update discussion. It is a discussion about, “How do I do all this by myself?” We have fifty minutes to give some tips, some tools, and some ideas to help you succeed. We have at least ten minutes for questions and answers and more time later, if necessary, for follow-up. Join us.
