About Erica Young:
Erica is the Innovation Catalyst on the ParagonLabs team at SHRM, where she is responsible for building a workplace innovation accelerator. Erica has a master’s degree in industrial- organizational psychology with a focus in instructional design. She also earned her SHRM-SCP certification in July 2020! Before SHRM, Erica managed volunteer human capital in Washington, DC for several years. First, for an organization that teaches computer literacy to low-income adult residents. Then, for and organization that matches volunteer tutors with students who are reading behind grade level. And finally, for Casey Trees, whose mission is to restore, enhance and protect the tree canopy of our nation’s capital.
