About Greg Labate:
Greg Labate is a seasoned employment attorney with 30 years of legal experience. He is a partner in Sheppard Mullin's Orange County office, and is the Chair of the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. Greg provides general labor advice to employers, and regularly drafts employee handbooks, employment agreements, severance agreements, and arbitration agreements for his clients.
