About Lindon J. Lilly:
Lindon Lilly has twenty years of experience in law enforcement, is a California licensed investigator, and has 35 years of experience in the legal support and security services industries. While working in law enforcement, he spent over a decade providing specialized small arms training. He is certified in the following: California POST certified in Active Shooter Training for Trainers, Active Shooter Pre-attack Behaviors, FBI Debriefing of Active Shooters, Bombing Investigations. He has received numerous letters of recognition, including those from Joint Agency Task Forces and the California State Assembly. He is the president and founder of the California Active Shooter Training Presentation.While representing California Active Shooter Training, Lilly shared his expertise in Active Shooter Preparedness for a discussion about the General Industry Standards Workplace Violence Amendment during the 2018 OSHA Senior Standard Health Unit event. Lilly is also a security consultant and founder of California Active Shooter Response Training, an organization whose purpose is to train employers and employees to prepare for and counteract active shooter situations.
