- Having one person on your team that does not perform well brings the entire team down.
- The weakest link can be determined by attitude, agenda, and ability.
Jim and Michelle Teague , A Teague of Your Own
Jim Teague:For the last 20 years Jim has worked as a full-time professor of finance at various colleges, including the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown for the last twelve years. He has also served as the head of the Department of Finance and Economics at UPJ since the founding of the Division of Business and Enterprise. Prior to going into academia, Jim worked in various sales and production supervisor positions, as well as serving six years in the Army National Guard. Jim is a certified speaker, trainer and coach. He has given over 1000 speeches and presentations and is an award-winning speaker and educator. Jim combines his experience in education, business and the military to bring a fresh and unique perspective to his presentations. He uses his vast knowledge to help individuals and businesses maximize their potential. His goal is to help his clients go from where they are to where they want to be.
Michelle Teague:With over 14 years of experience, Michelle Teague has conducted training and spoken from one coast to the other in the USA. She has given thousands of presentations. Her accomplishments include speaking/presenting at various conferences and developing a leadership training program for new supervisors and managers. Michelle is a Certified Executive Coach with clients in many different industries. She is also a DISC Certified Consultant who can help you and your team discover your preferred leadership and communication styles. In addition, Michelle is a leadership expert, certified and licensed by the John Maxwell Team to bring proven leadership strategies and practices on behalf of John Maxwell that organizations would not otherwise have access to.
