Developing a Compliant and Optimal Benefits Program
in the COVID -19 Era
presented by Rob Boldt & Marilyn Monahan
HR’s responsibilities during the pandemic are not limited to (are they ever limited?) administering leaves and ensuring the workplace is safe. The laws, regulations, FAQs, notices, and guidance flowing out of Washington also affect your benefit plans. Join us for an informative discussion—with a real world approach—by a lawyer and an insurance broker who will talk about what you can do, what you have to do, and what your peers are doing to comply with the law and develop your benefits package to better serve the needs of your workforce.
