Shannon Drohman is a Principal of Compensation Connections with 20+ years in HR and rewards. Her clients range in size from small start-ups to thousands of employees, in a variety of sectors including government, non-profit, health care, and technology. Shannon is a former graduate-level instructor in Human Resource Management and Past President of Lake Washington HR Association. Her credentials include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, SHRM-SCP and HRCM certifications, and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
