LeadershipSOPs Session 2: Structuring Your Community of Effort
Session two of this two-part series will review the three domains introduced in Session 1: The Purpose, Work and Process of Leading and then dig into the first leadership domain (Structure), asking participants to reflect on and improve their personal standard operating procedures for exploring and defining the SCOPE(s) of their communities of effort (where SCOPE is an acronym for Strategy, Culture, Objectives, Culture, and Ecosystem). Attendees of the first session will receive a copy of the presenters book following registration. Session 2 will end with a question and answer period focused on session content and the model explored in From Expert to Executive(PerSynergy Press 2020).
