HR is responsible for developing and implementing a corporate wide performance management strategy. It develops policies, systems, and practices to enable workplace leaders to manage employee performance objectively and fairly. This strategic initiative is a key component in a talent management strategy that promotes fairness, inclusion, and morale.
This presentation offers a strategy for a positive employee relations program. It provides key insights to develop and implement a future-oriented process for managers to use to coach employees to create an opportunity for employee success. Participants learn techniques to build a performance management process to focus on facts and objective analysis to help managers make job-related decisions that build employee confidence in the fairness of management decisions. They learn to include a defined coaching model, combined with consistent documentation techniques in their leadership development initiatives.
