Mental Health & COVID -
Exploring the Post-COVID Impact on Mental Health,
Particularly in the Workplace
presented by Andrew Stenhouse, Ed.D.
The COVID pandemic has wreaked havoc in every aspect of our lives, especially work and home. Even those of us fortunate to work remotely now have a new set of stressors, balancing work demand while maintaining household boundaries. This past year, therapists have reported spikes in mental health issues like anxiety and depression. While we see daily data on COVID cases, we get little information of the cognitive and emotional toll.
This informative and engaging virtual workshop examines the current state of mental health in the workplace, specifically examining:
- COVID’s impact on work life
- Most common stressors facing employees now
- Cues for assessing possible mental health concerns
- Action plan for support
