Cecilia Gorman is a veteran of the advertising industry where she spent 20+ years in production, recruiting, and human resources. She is a management training consultant who specializes in helping leaders in fast-paced, high-volume creative environments grow their skills and confidence to better communicate with and lead their team. She hails from Orange County, CA, spending the bulk of her career at Y&R Advertising where she was VP, Creative Services. Cecilia led Global Creative Operations at Oakley and was head of HR and Training as VP, Organizational Leadership at Innocean USA. Her company, Creative + Talent + Partners, is a training consultancy that specializes in the development of managers and their teams. Recent clients include CBS, IPG, Texas Christian University, Univision, Easterseals, Hyundai Capital, and ASICS EMEA. It's been her mission to inspire, educate and motivate people toward their greatest potential.
