Recent Gallup polls show that 48% of employees are looking for new work, and this disengagement is costing businesses. For a company of 10,000 employees with an average salary of $50,000 each, disengagement costs $60.3 million a year. Undoubtedly scary — but luckily, we have a playbook that scales.
Join Ellen Meza, Sr. Director of Global Benefits at DocuSign (and Nava Benefits Advisor), for a step-by-step guide for sourcing and implementing competitive benefits to win the talent war and unlock ROI.
